Aaron Laube brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and business strategy to his role as founder of MSP Senior Living Advisors. With extensive experience overseeing complex operations in the food and beverage industry, he has developed a reputation for improving processes, building strong teams, and driving organizational efficiency.

Aaron has held senior leadership roles focused on operations management, where he specialized in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and business process optimization. His work has centered on identifying opportunities to streamline systems, improve performance, and deliver consistent results in fast paced environments.

He earned his MBA in Finance from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, where he strengthened his expertise in financial strategy, operational leadership, and business management.

Today, Aaron applies his operational discipline and strategic mindset to helping families navigate one of life’s most important decisions: finding the right senior living community. Through MSP Senior Living Advisors, he works closely with seniors and their families to explore assisted living, independent living, and memory care options throughout the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area, providing thoughtful guidance and personalized support every step of the way.
